Is registration required?
Yes — and registration resets every week. If no one is signed up for a given Tuesday, that week’s session doesn’t run. Register the week you plan to attend so we know to be online.
Do I need to be a DADOS customer?
No. Office Hours is open to anyone evaluating or running DADOS — including engineers working in the free Engineer Edition.
How long is the session?
Forty-five minutes, one-on-one with a DADOS engineer. Sessions start on time and run as long as there are questions.
Can I bring my own data?
Yes — that’s the point. Bring a pipeline, a broker config, a query, or a screenshot of something that isn’t behaving. Nothing you share is recorded or redistributed.
Is this a product demo?
No. Office Hours is a working session, not a pitch. If you’d prefer a guided walkthrough of the platform, book a demo instead.
What if I can’t make Tuesdays?
Register anyway and note the conflict, or reach out to our team and we’ll find a time that works for your plant’s schedule.
