His approach emphasizes iterative development and fosters a positive team dynamic. Luke's journey in professional software development began prior to his graduation from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where he earned a B.S. in Computer Science. Swiftly advancing to a team leadership role post-graduation, he navigated multiple teams across the software spectrum. His proficiencies span cloud management, database systems, and data visualization, complemented by a knack for architecting full-stack solutions and driving iterative development in dynamic startup environments.

Irena Cronin

Irena Cronin is SVP of Product for DADOS Technology in charge of overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration. She leads cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business goals, ensures the voice of the customer is incorporated into product development, and monitors key performance indicators to measure product success.

Her role involves close collaboration with engineering, marketing and sales to deliver products that meet market needs and drive company growth. Additionally, as an SVP, she plays a crucial role in setting the vision and direction for the product portfolio, making strategic decisions about investment in new features or products, and fostering innovation to maintain competitive advantage in the market.

Irena is the author of five books on Spatial Computing and AI published by Wiley, Packt and Apress. She has a joint MBA/MA from the University of Southern California and an MS with Distinction in Management and Systems from New York University. She graduated with a BA from the University of Pennsylvania with a major in Economics (summa cum laude).

Sharon Handy is a detail oriented and seasoned professional with over 30 years of expertise in marketing, communications, and design. Her multifaceted background encompasses leadership roles, entrepreneurship, project management, digital marketing, and creative endeavors.

With over 30 years of experience, Sharon Handy is a seasoned professional who has excelled in marketing and design. As the former Director of Communications and Marketing at the University of Louisville College of Business, she spearheaded initiatives to enhance enrollment and elevate the College's brand. During her tenure, she expanded the marketing department, implemented strategic processes for project prioritization, and built a marketing powerhouse website to capture marketing data to aid in better marketing and spending decisions. Sharon played a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, Google Ads, and social media campaigns, resulting in increased student engagement and enrollment.

Sharon has a diverse background that spans B2B and B2C with expertise in digital media, website development, illustration, and design. With love for a good challenge, Sharon has consistently delivered impactful solutions to problems presented. Her ability to adapt to evolving and challenging situations has been instrumental in her success across various industries. Sharon's passion for technology, creative development, and commitment to driving measurable outcomes define her professional ethos.
